The price listed on the website for Sean Hennessy Electrical Superstortes products will be as stipulated at the time when you place your order on the website. Delivery:

We can change or cancel an order up until it is dispatched. If the order has been dispatched, you can return the unopened goods to us and we will organise a refund (excluding delivery cost).

Contract:

No contract will subsist between you and Sean Hennessy Electrical Superstores for a sale to you of any product or service unless and until Sean Hennessy Electrical Superstores accepts your order by e-mail confirming that it has dispatched your order. That acceptance will be deemed complete and will be deemed for all purposes to have been effectively communicated to you at the time Sean Hennessy Electrical Superstores sends the e-mail to you (whether or not you receive that e-mail).


Modification of terms
We reserve the right to change the terms of use or policies regarding the use of the website (including in particular, those relating to price or availability) at any time and to notify you by posting an updated version of the terms of use on the website.

General:

We shall not be liable for any failure to perform any of our obligations under these terms and conditions which is caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control including, but not limited to any force majeure incident. Our failure to exercise or enforce any rights or provision of the terms of use shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision unless acknowledged and agreed to us by in writing. The section titles in the terms of use are solely used for the convenience of the parties and have no legal or contractual significance.

Laws:

The terms of use shall be governed by and construed fully in accordance with the laws of Ireland. You and we agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Ireland. If any provision(s) of the terms of use is held by a court of competent jurisdiction to be contrary to law, then such provision(s) shall be construed, as nearly provisions remaining in full force and effect.

Termination:

We may terminate the website with or without cause at any time and effective immediately. In addition, we, in our sole discretion, may terminate your Account for violation of the letter or spirit of these terms and conditions.

Coupons/Discount Codes
Only available on participating products.
For a limited time.
One use per customer.
Not available on products with an existing offer or reduction.
Delivery charges are not affected by coupons or discount codes.

Installations
Installations are carried out by third parties which differ depending on your location.

A. What's Included:

• Unpacking of appliance
• Positioning of appliance
• Plumb-in of appliance to an existing water connection or connection of appliance to an existing electrical connection
• Removal of your old appliance
• Removal of all packaging

Please note that all installations are subject to an on-site assessment before any work can commence.

All installations are on a like for like basis regarding positioning, electrics and plumbing. We don’t currently offer gas installation. Installation must be purchased with a delivery service. Prices may vary for selected large appliances.

B. When will the installation be completed:
The installer will collect your appliance from us and contact you directly regarding an installation time.

C. Do you install gas appliances:
No we currently do not offer Gas installations but we may be able to recommend a gas installer if you contact us.

D. Site Assessments:
In order to ensure installers are working in a safe environment, within the remit of the service and are able to provide you with the best installation service possible a site assessment will be carried out.

This will be done prior to the installation being completed. If our installers, for any reason, deem the installation unsafe or outside the remit, the work will not commence.

E. Appliances of different sizes:
Appliance installations occur on a like for like basis where the new appliance fits into the space in the worktop left by the previous appliance.

F. Different locations:
Installation of your new appliance can be in any position that you choose as long as there are existing connections (electricity, water, etc.). The installer will not plumb or cable new lines to the new location.

G. Delivery option must also be selected. 
Collection orders are not eligible for installation services. Please contact your closest store to arrange installation for collection orders.
